Proper Attire for Formal Hunting Season
(for members who have not been awarded colors)

Black Leather English Riding Boots (no tops, no laces)
Beige, Tan, or Canary Riding Breeches (flared or non-flared)
Stock Tie and Plain Gold Stock Pin (woman's pin may be adorned)
White Dress Shirt (stock collar or no collar)
Canary Vest with Brass Buttons (vest optional)
3 Button Black Coat (black buttons, flared bottom, rear vent, non-patterned fabric)
Velvet Hunt Hardhat with Harness (safety helmet)
Knitted and/or Leather Light Brown or Tan Gloves (optional)
English Blunt Spurs and Hunt Whip (both optional)
Other: English saddle and white fleece saddle pad conforming to shape

Proper Ratcatcher Attire

Ratcatcher is a tweed or checked riding jacket that is worn during the cub hunting season. It is worn with tan or canary breeches. the color of the jacket should be earth tones. You may wear a stock tie (a stock tie of color is acceptable) or a tie with a white button down shirt. You may also wear a white turtleneck without a tie. Vests (waistcoats if you want to be proper) are preferably canary or tattersal. However, you may wear earth toned fabrics that are also tweeds, checks and plaids, etc. Pastels, black, fringe and other non-traditional colors/styles are not apporpriate. Brown or black boots are acceptable as are field boots (with laces).
